RS232 interfaces simply integrated

Contrary to common assumptions, serial RS232 communication is still used in many industrial applications. A typical example is the use of handheld code readers. However, integrating RS232 interfaces into the existing control architecture involves effort, which prevents many from switching to IO-Link.
