How is the PQI byte assigned and what do the individual bits mean?

Bits 4-7 have so far been implemented at Balluff.
The PQI byte is available from GSDML specification 2.4.x and implemented from master generation HW9 or Replacement. All subsequent masters provide the PQI byte.
