Capacitive level sensors – BCS008A
The BCS M18TTI2-PSCFAG-AT02 capacitive level sensor, order code BCS008A, has an M18 series design with dimensions of Ø 18 x 73 mm. It is intended for non-flush installation and features a PTFE cable connection with a length of 2.00 m. The sensor provides a PNP normally open (NO) switching output with a switching frequency of 2 Hz. Its media-dependent sensitivity is adjustable, and its function is Smart Level 15.
The sensor is designed for electrically conductive media and includes foam and residue compensation. The housing and sensing surface are made of PTFE. Operation is specified for an ambient temperature range of -10...60 °C and an operating voltage of 10...35 VDC. The sensor has IP66 protection and carries CE, UKCA, cULus and WEEE approval or conformity markings.
