Capacitive proximity switches for object detection – BCS017M
The BCS M12K4D2-PIM50C-S04G capacitive proximity switch, order code BCS017M, belongs to the M12 series and has dimensions of Ø 12 x 60 mm. Its M12x1 thread supports flush mounting. The sensor uses a 4-pin M12x1 male connector and provides a push-pull switching output with NO (PNP)/NC (NPN) functionality. The switching frequency is 100 Hz, and the interface is IO-Link 1.1. Its sensing range is 0.5...5 mm, with a teachable switching distance.
The housing is made of 1.4404 stainless steel, while the sensing surface consists of PEEK. The operating voltage is 18...30 VDC, and the ambient temperature range is -10...80 °C. The sensor has IP67 protection and carries cULus, CE, UKCA and WEEE approval or conformity markings.
