Washdown and hygienic inductive sensors – BES0438

The BES M18EI-POC80B-S04G-L01 inductive sensor, order code BES0438, has a Washdown special characteristic and an M18x1 housing with dimensions of Ø 18 x 65 mm. It is intended for flush mounting and provides a range of 8 mm. The switching output is PNP normally closed (NC), with a switching frequency of 700 Hz. The housing is made of 1.4404 stainless steel, while the sensing surface is PEEK. Connection is provided by an M12x1-Male, 4-pin connector. The operating voltage is 10...30 VDC, and the ambient temperature range is -40...85 °C. The sensor has IP68 protection and carries cULus, CE, UKCA, Ecolab and WEEE approvals or conformities.
