Inductive couplers for contactless energy and signal transmission – BIC0086
The BIC 1B1-IT1A0-M30EI21-SM4A5A, order code BIC0086, is an inductive coupler base for contactless energy and signal transmission with IO-Link and a bi-directional signal type. It has a rated operating voltage of 24 VDC and a transmission distance of 0...5 mm. The stainless-steel housing measures Ø 30 x 85 mm and incorporates a 4-pin M12x1 male connector. The ambient temperature range is -5...70 °C, and the IP rating is IP67.
The transfer rates are COM2 (38.4 kBaud) and COM3 (230.4 kBaud); the diagnostic channel uses COM2 (38.4 kBaud). The additive cycle time is 0 ms. Process data supports 0…32 bytes IN and 0…32 bytes OUT, with 2 bytes for the diagnostic channel IN and 1 byte OUT. SIO mode is not supported. Secondary features include Identification, Device Discovery, Operating Hours Counter, Boot Cycle Counter, Extreme Environment Status, Storage Usage Monitoring and Variant Configuration, as well as vibration monitoring and internal temperature monitoring.
