BIS M-122-02/A, order code BIS004A, is an HF (13.56 MHz) RFID tag with a round antenna and dimensions of Ø 10 x 4.5 mm. Its memory type is FRAM. The read-only UID serial number has a length of 8 Byte, while User data provides 2000 Byte with read/write access. The tag supports DIN ISO 15693 data carriers.
