HF RFID tags (13.56 MHz) – BIS00NU
The BIS M-143-02/A-M6 is an HF RFID tag for 13.56 MHz with order code BIS00NU. It has a round antenna and dimensions of Ø 22 x 21 mm. The tag supports DIN ISO 15693 data carrier types and uses FRAM memory. User data provides 2000 Byte with read/write access. The read-only UID serial number has a length of 8 Byte. The steel housing contains a coated PA 12-GF30 data carrier.
Installation options are metal-free (clear zone), on metal and flush in metal. The ambient temperature range is -25...70 °C, while the storage temperature range is -25...95 °C. The tag has IP68 and IPx9K ratings. Its approvals and conformity markings are CE, UKCA and WEEE.
