HF RFID tags (13.56 MHz) – BIS0180
The BIS M-127-02/A-SA1 is an HF RFID tag for 13.56 MHz operation with a round antenna and dimensions of 40 x 23 x 28 mm. Its read-only UID serial number has a length of 8 Byte. The tag uses FRAM memory and supports DIN ISO 15693 data carriers. User data provides 2000 Byte with read/write access.
The storage temperature range is -25...85 °C, while the ambient temperature range is -25...70 °C. The housing consists of PA 12 and cast aluminum and has an IP67 rating. Installation options include metal-free (clear zone), on metal and flush in metal. Approval/conformity includes CE, UKCA and WEEE.
