HF RFID readers (13.56 MHz) – BIS0197
The BIS VM-349-401-S4 HF RFID reader, order code BIS0197, operates in the HF (13.56 MHz) product group. It has dimensions of 20 x 8 x 32 mm and a round integrated antenna. The reader supports DIN ISO 15693 and DIN ISO 15693 (High Memory) data carriers. Installation options are metal-free (clear zone), on metal and flush in metal.
The housing is made of nickel-plated zinc die casting. A male, 4-pin connection with a cable length of 300 mm is provided. Communication uses RS485, for BIS V connection only. The ambient temperature range is 0...80 °C, and the enclosure has IP67 protection. Approvals and conformity include CE, UKCA, FCC Part 15, IC (Radio), cULus and WEEE.
