The BIS M-1R2-02/L, order code BIS019E, is an HF RFID tag in the HF (13.56 MHz) product group. It has a round antenna and dimensions of Ø 15.3 x 4.5 mm. The tag uses FRAM memory and supports DIN ISO 15693 data carrier types. Its read-only UID serial number has a length of 8 Byte, while User data provides 2000 Byte with read/write access.
