HF RFID tags (13.56 MHz) – BIS01FA
The BIS M-122-02/A-SA3 is an HF RFID tag in the HF (13.56 MHz) product group. It has a round antenna and dimensions of Ø 15 x 20 mm. The tag supports DIN ISO 15693 data carrier types and contains a read-only UID serial number with a length of 8 Byte. Its FRAM memory provides 2000 Byte of User data with read/write access. The product is designed for ambient temperatures from -25...70 °C. Its housing is made of steel, while the data carrier consists of coated PA 12-GF30. The BIS M-122-02/A-SA3 has CE, UKCA and WEEE approval/conformity.
