The BNI IOL-802-000-Z036 visual signaling device, order code BNI0072, operates as an indicator light with an IO-Link 1.1 interface. It uses an operating voltage of 18...30.2 VDC and connects via an M12x1-Male, 4-pin connection. The device has up to five segments. Predefined colors are Yellow, White, Green, Blue, Red and Orange; additional colors are configurable. The function indicator can be set to Runlight Mode, Level Mode, Segment Mode or Flexi-Mode.
The dimensions are 60 x 60 x 309 mm. Housing materials are PC, Transparent, Cu 15 µm, Ni 15 µm and die-cast zinc. Mounting is performed with M18 screws. The device is designed for an ambient temperature range of -5...50 °C and has an IP65 rating. Data transmission uses COM2 at 38.4 kBaud. The minimum process data cycle is 5 ms, and the process data output comprises 3 bytes.
