The BNI IOL-802-102-Z036 visual signaling device, order code BNI0082, operates as an indicator light with an IO-Link 1.1 interface. It has an operating voltage of 18...30.2 VDC and connects via an M12x1-Male, 4-pin connection. The unit supports a maximum of five segments and provides the predefined colors Yellow, White, Green, Blue, Red and Orange, with additional colors configurable. Function indicator modes comprise Runlight Mode, Level Mode, Segment Mode and Flexi-Mode. The function indicator can be set, and expanded process data is provided.
The dimensions are 60 x 60 x 309 mm. Housing materials are PC, Transparent, Cu 15 µm, Ni 15 µm and die-cast zinc. Mounting is performed with M18 screws. The ambient temperature range is -5...50 °C, and the IP rating is IP65. Data transfer uses COM2 at 38.4 kBaud. The minimum process data cycle is 7.2 ms, with 1 byte of process data IN and 8 bytes of process data OUT.
