The BNI IOL-802-102-Z037 visual signaling device, order code BNI0085, combines an indicator light with a sound module. It uses an IO-Link 1.1 interface and operates at 18...30.2 VDC. Connection is provided by an M12x1-Male, 4-pin connector. The unit has a maximum of five segments. Predefined colors are yellow, white, green, blue, red and orange; additional colors can be configured. The function indicator supports Runlight Mode, Level Mode, Segment Mode and Flexi-Mode. The volume at a distance of 1 m is 95 dB, with function indicator and volume available as settings.
Expanded process data is provided. The dimensions are 60 x 60 x 330.5 mm. Housing materials comprise PC, Transparent, Cu 15 µm, Ni 15 µm and die-cast zinc. Mounting uses M18 screws. The ambient temperature range is -5...50 °C, and the IP rating is IP30. The transfer rate is COM2 (38.4 kBaud), with a minimum process data cycle of 7.2 ms, 1 byte of process data IN and 8 bytes of process data OUT.
