IO-Link hubs - flexible and cost-efficient signal bundling – BNI00AJ
The BNI IOL-719-002-Z012 IO-Link hub, order code BNI00AJ, has an IO-Link 1.1 interface and operates with 18...30.2 VDC. Its COM 1 connection is an M12x1 male connector, 4-pin, A-coded. Eight M12x1 female connection slots, each 5-pin and A-coded, are provided. The hub has eight analog inputs for voltage/analog, current/analog and temperature signals: 0…10 V, -10…10 V, 0…5 V, -5…5 V, 5...10 V, 4…20 mA, 0…20 mA, Pt100, Pt1000, Thermocouple Type J and Thermocouple Type K. The inputs/outputs are not configurable.
The total current for the sensor supply US is 4 A, and the total current for the actuator supply UA is 4 A. The housing is made of nickel-plated die-cast zinc. Dimensions are 68 x 31.8 x 181.5 mm, and the ambient temperature range is -5...70 °C. The rating is IP67 when threaded in. Data transfer uses COM2 at 38.4 kBaud, with a minimum process data cycle of 55 ms, 22 bytes of process data IN and 1 byte of process data OUT.
