The BNI IOL-104-S02-R012-008 IO-Link hub, order code BNI00CH, features an IO-Link 1.1 interface and operates at 18...30.2 VDC. COM 1 uses an M12x1 male connector, 4-pin, A-coded. The hub has eight M12x1 female connection slots, 5-pin, A-coded, and provides 16 PNP, Type 3 digital inputs. The inputs and outputs are not configurable. An extension port and single-channel monitoring are available, with alternative process data maping as an additional function. The total sensor supply current US is 3.5 A.
The housing consists of PBT, GF30, and 1.4404 stainless steel inserts. Dimensions are 68 x 38.3 x 183.5 mm. The ambient temperature range is -5...70 °C. The IP rating is IP67 when threaded in. Data transmission uses COM2 at 38.4 kBaud, with a minimum process data cycle of 4.5 ms and 4 bytes of process data IN.
