The BNI IOL-355-S02-Z013 IO-Link hub, order code BNI00CL, has an IO-Link 1.1 interface and operates with 18...30.2 VDC. The COM 1 connection is an M12x1 male connector, 4-pin, A-coded, while the supply voltage IN connection is a 7/8"-male connector, 5-pin. Eight M12x1 female connection slots, 5-pin and A-coded, are provided. The hub has eight PNP Type 3 digital inputs and eight PNP digital outputs; the inputs and outputs are not configurable. Single-channel monitoring is provided.
The current sum US for sensors is 1.2 A, and the current sum UA for actuators is 9 A. The switching current is 8x 2 A. Communication uses COM3 at 230.4 kBaud, with 1 byte of process data IN and 3 bytes of process data OUT. The housing is made of nickel-plated zinc die casting. Dimensions are 68 x 32.4 x 181.5 mm. The ambient temperature range is -5...55 °C, and the IP rating is IP67 when threaded in.
