The BNI IOL-302-S02-Z012 IO-Link hub, order code BNI00CN, has an IO-Link 1.1 interface with COM2 transfer at 38.4 kBaud. Its operating voltage is 18...30.2 VDC. COM 1 is connected via an M12x1 male, 4-pin, A-coded connector, while eight M12x1 female, 5-pin, A-coded connection slots are provided. The hub has 16 PNP digital inputs, Type 3, and 16 PNP digital outputs. The inputs and outputs are configurable, and the hub includes an extension port and single-channel monitoring.
The sensor current sum US is 4 A, and the actuator current sum UA is 4 A. Switching current is 16x 200 mA. Process data comprises 8 bytes IN and 2 bytes OUT, with a minimum process data cycle of 6.2 ms. The die-cast zinc housing is nickel-plated and measures 68 x 31.8 x 181.5 mm.
