Network modules with multiprotocol – BNI00HR
The BNI XG1-505-0A5-K084 network module, order code BNI00HR, supports PROFINET and EtherNet/IP. Its IIoT interfaces are REST API and MQTT. Eight IO-Link interfaces according to IO-Link version 1.1.3 are available on Type A ports. The module provides 16 PNP digital inputs, Type 3, and eight PNP digital outputs; the inputs and outputs are configurable. The maximum output current is 0.25 A, while the total sensor current US is 4.0 A.
The module operates with 18...30 VDC. COM 1 and COM 2 each use an M12x1 female, 4-pin, D-coded connection. The supply voltage IN connection is an M12x1 male, 3-pin, L-coded type. Eight M12x1 female, 5-pin, A-coded connection slots are provided. The PC injection-moulded housing measures 59 x 36.8 x 180 mm and is rated IP67 for an ambient temperature of -25...55 °C. The module has no display and does not support Safety Hub. A grounding strap is included; label plates and a port cover are not included.
