IO-Link hubs - flexible and cost-efficient signal bundling – BNI00KZ
The BNI IOL-302-012-K035 IO-Link hub, order code BNI00KZ, uses IO-Link 1.1 with the COM3 transfer rate of 230.4 kBaud. Its COM 1 connection is a 4-pin spring terminal. The hub provides 16 PNP digital inputs of Type 3 and 16 PNP digital outputs; the inputs and outputs are configurable. The sensor supply has a total current of 2 A, while the actuator supply has a total current of 4 A. Switching current is 16 × 500 mA.
The hub has a PA 6.6 housing measuring 77.5 × 50.9 × 86.8 mm. It operates with 18...30.2 VDC and is designed for an ambient temperature range of -20...50 °C. The IP rating is IP20. The minimum process data cycle is 0.6 ms, with 2 bytes of process data IN and 2 bytes of process data OUT.
