The BOD 37M-LPR02-S115 photoelectric distance sensor, order code BOD001Y, belongs to the 37M series and measures according to the light time-of-flight principle. Its collimated beam uses laser red light. The sensor has a range of 200...20000 mm, a light spot size of Ø 15 mm at 10 m, an accuracy of ±0.035 % FS, a repeat accuracy of 0.01 %FS and a resolution of ≤ 1.0 mm. Its dimensions are 60 x 37 x 72.3 mm.
The interface comprises RS485, analog voltage/current with 0.2…10 V/4…20 mA and linear rising/falling characteristics, as well as 2x PNP/NPN/push-pull with NO/NC. Connection is provided through an 8-pin M12x1 male connector. The zinc die-cast housing operates at 19.2...28.8 VDC. The sensor carries the CE, UKCA, cULus and WEEE designations.
