Photoelectric distance sensors – BOD002W
The BOD 6K-RAI03-02 photoelectric distance sensor, order code BOD002W, belongs to the 6K series and has Washdown as a special characteristic. Its operating principle is photoelectric distance sensing with triangulation and a divergent beam characteristic. Red LED light is used, with a light spot size of 16 x 16 mm at 200 mm. The sensing range is 30...200 mm, with a repeat accuracy of 1 mm and a resolution of ≤ 0.68 mm.
The sensor measures 12 x 34 x 21.6 mm and has an ABS housing. Its interface comprises IO-Link-Device: 1.1.3, analog voltage: 1…10 V/3 mA, and PNP/NPN/Auto-Detect with NO/NC. The operating voltage is 13...30 VDC. Connection is provided by a 2 m PVC cable. Approvals and conformity include CE, UKCA, cULus, WEEE and Ecolab.
