Through-beam sensors – BOS0284
The BOS R080K-UIM-RE10-S4 is a photoelectric through-beam sensor (receiver) from the R080K series. It uses red light and has a range of 0...20 m. The sensor measures 19 x 44.2 x 37.5 mm and features Washdown Plus and Washdown. Its housing and sensing surface are made of PA 12 and PA PACM 12. The connection is a 4-pin M12x1 male connector. Operating voltage is 10...30 VDC. The interface provides IO-Link 1.1, an analog current output of 4…20 mA, pin 4 with push-pull NO/NC, and pin 2 with PNP/NPN/push-pull NO/NC.
Secondary features include Identification, Device Discovery, Switching Profiles, Signal Quality Monitoring, External Signal Blanking, Signal Delay, Signal Speed Monitor, Switching Counter, Basic Statistics, Logic Blocks, Operating Hours Counter, Boot Cycle Counter, Voltage and Current Monitoring, Extreme Environment Status, Storage Usage Monitoring, Variant Configuration and Pin Assignment. Condition monitoring includes vibration, inclination and installation aid, internal temperature and humidity detection. Approvals/conformities are CE, UKCA, WEEE, cULus and Ecolab. The scope of delivery includes a mounting instruction.
