Capacitive proximity switches for object detection – BCS00M8
The BCS M18BBI3-PSC80D-S04K capacitive proximity switch, order code BCS00M8, has an M18 series housing with dimensions of Ø 18 x 88.5 mm and an M18x1 thread. It is designed for flush mounting and features a PBT housing with a PBT sensing surface. The sensing range is 1...8 mm, with an adjustable switching distance. Switching is provided by a PNP normally open (NO) output at a switching frequency of 100 Hz.
The sensor operates at 10...30 VDC and is equipped with a 3-pin M12x1 male connector. Its ambient temperature range is -25...85 °C, and the enclosure rating is IP67. The BCS M18BBI3-PSC80D-S04K has CE, UKCA and cULus approval/conformity and is marked WEEE.
