The BCS M18BBI3-NSC80D-S04K is a capacitive proximity switch for object detection in the M18 series. It has dimensions of Ø 18 x 88.5 mm, an M18x1 thread and is designed for flush mounting. The sensing range is 1...8 mm, with an adjustable switching distance. Its switching output is NPN normally open (NO), and the switching frequency is 100 Hz.

The sensor has a PBT housing and a PBT sensing surface. Electrical connection is provided by a 3-pin M12x1-Male connector. The operating voltage is 10...30 VDC, and the ambient temperature range is -25...85 °C. The sensor has IP67 protection and carries CE, UKCA, cULus and WEEE approval/conformity markings.
