Capacitive level sensors – BCS011H
The BCS S04K501-POCFNG-S04G-T50 capacitive level sensor, order code BCS011H, belongs to the S04 series and has dimensions of Ø 30 x 96 mm. It is designed for non-flush installation and features an M12x1 male, 4-pin connector. The switching output is PNP normally closed (NC), with a switching frequency of 5 Hz. Its sensitivity is teachable depending on the media, and the sensor provides the Smart Level 100 function with electrically conductive media and foam and residue compensation.
The housing is made of 1.4404 stainless steel, while the sensing surface consists of PEEK. The sensor operates at 12...30 VDC and is designed for an ambient temperature range of -40...85 °C. It has an IP68 rating and carries CE, UKCA, WEEE and cULus approval or conformity markings.
