The BGL 20A-101-S49 fork sensor has a 10 × 40 × 58 mm design and a fork opening of 20 mm. Its optical principle is through-beam sensing with a divergent beam characteristic and red LED light. The light spot measures Ø 0.85 mm at the light exit. The sensor operates with an operating voltage of 10...30 VDC. Its interface comprises IO-Link-Device 1.1.3 and, in standard sensor operation, a Push-Pull switching output configurable as NO (PNP) or NC (NPN). Connection is provided via a 3-pin M8x1 male connector. The housing consists of black-coated die-cast zinc, PUR and PA 6.6, while the sensing surface is made of glass. The BGL 20A-101-S49 has CE, UKCA, cULus and WEEE approval or conformity markings.
