The BGL 120A-107-S49 fork sensor has a 10 x 140 x 93 mm housing and a fork opening of 120 mm. Its optical principle is through-beam sensing with a divergent beam characteristic and LED infrared light. The light spot size at the light exit is Ø 2.5 mm. For communication and parameterisation, the sensor uses IO-Link Device 1.1.3; in standard sensor operation, it provides a Push-Pull switching output with NO (PNP) / NC (NPN) operation. The electrical connection is provided by a 3-pin M8x1 male connector.
The housing consists of black-coated zinc die casting, PUR and PA 6.6, while the sensing surface is made of coated glass. The operating voltage is 10...30 VDC. The sensor conforms to CE, UKCA and cULus requirements, and is marked according to WEEE.
