The BGL 20A-107-S49 fork sensor, order code BGL008P, has dimensions of 10 × 40 × 58 mm and a fork opening of 20 mm. It uses a through-beam optical principle with a divergent beam characteristic and infrared LED light. The light spot size at the light exit is Ø 1.5 mm. The sensor supports IO-Link Device 1.1.3 and provides a Push-Pull switching output with NO (PNP) and NC (NPN) operation. It operates with 10...30 VDC and connects via a 3-pin M8x1 male connector. The housing materials are black-coated zinc die casting, PUR and PA 6.6; the sensing surface is made of glass. Approval and conformity markings include CE, UKCA, cULus and WEEE.
