Inductive sensors for hazardous areas – BHS005P
The BHS B135V-PSD15-NEX-S04 inductive sensor, order code BHS005P, has a cylindrical M12x1 housing with dimensions of Ø 12 x 78 mm and is designed for flush mounting. Its sensing range is 1.5 mm. The switching output is PNP normally open (NO), with a switching frequency of 400 Hz. The housing is made of stainless steel, while the sensing surface is ceramic.
The sensor operates with an operating voltage Ub of 10...30 VDC and has an ambient temperature range of -25...100 °C. Its maximum pressure rating is 500 bar. Connection is provided by an M12x1-Male, 4-pin connector. The sensor has ATEX category 3G (EPL Gc), IP rating IP68, and CE, ATEX, IECEx and WEEE approval/conformity.
