HF RFID tags (13.56 MHz) – BIS0044
BIS M-110-02/L, order code BIS0044, is an HF RFID tag in the HF (13.56 MHz) product group. It has a round antenna and dimensions of Ø 20 x 2.8 mm. The read-only UID serial number has a length of 8 Byte. User data is stored in FRAM and provides 2000 Byte with read/write access. The supported data carrier type is DIN ISO 15693.
The tag has a PA 6 housing and an IP68 rating. Installation is supported metal-free (clear zone) or on metal. The ambient temperature range is -25...85 °C, while the storage temperature range is -25...85 °C. Temporary storage temperatures are 140 °C 1x100 h and -40 °C…90 °C 1x1000 h. The approvals and conformity markings are CE, UKCA and WEEE.
