HF RFID tags (13.56 MHz) – BIS004H
The BIS M-151-02/A HF RFID tag, order code BIS004H, belongs to the HF (13.56 MHz) product group and has a rod antenna. Its dimensions are 22 x 6.5 x 40 mm. The tag supports DIN ISO 15693 data carriers and provides a read-only UID serial number with a length of 8 Byte. The memory type is FRAM, with 2000 Byte of User data available for read/write access.
The tag has a PPS, GF40 housing with EP potting and an IP67 rating. Installation is possible in a metal-free environment with a clear zone or on metal. The ambient temperature range is -25...70 °C. Temporary storage is possible at -25...130 °C for 1x1000 h. The product carries CE and UKCA approvals and is subject to WEEE.
