HF RFID tags (13.56 MHz) – BIS00NU
The BIS M-143-02/A-M6 is an HF RFID tag with the order code BIS00NU and a product group of HF (13.56 MHz). It has a round antenna and dimensions of Ø 22 x 21 mm. The tag supports DIN ISO 15693 data carriers and uses FRAM memory. User data provides 2000 Byte with read/write access, while the read-only UID serial number has a length of 8 Byte.
The housing is made of steel; the data carrier is coated PA 12-GF30. The ambient temperature range is -25...70 °C, and the storage temperature range is -25...95 °C. The tag has IP68 and IPx9K ratings. Installation options are metal-free (clear zone), on metal and flush in metal. Conformity designations are CE, UKCA and WEEE.
