The BIS M-122-02/A-SA2 HF RFID tag, order code BIS00T1, belongs to the HF product group with a frequency of 13.56 MHz. It has a round antenna and dimensions of Ø 15 x 20 mm. The read-only UID serial number has a length of 8 Byte. FRAM provides 2000 Byte of User data with read/write access.
