HF RFID tags (13.56 MHz) – BIS00YL
The BIS M-130-03/L is an HF RFID tag in the HF (13.56 MHz) product group, with order code BIS00YL. It has a round antenna and dimensions of Ø 7.9 x 4.9 mm. The tag supports DIN ISO 15693 data carrier types and uses EEPROM memory. Its read-only UID serial number has a length of 8 Byte, while User data provides 112 Byte with read/write access.
The tag has a black PPS housing and an IP68 rating. Installation is possible metal-free (clear zone), on metal or flush in metal. The ambient temperature range is -20...85 °C, and the storage temperature range is -40...85 °C. The BIS M-130-03/L carries CE and WEEE approval/conformity markings.
