The BIS M-155-20/A is an HF RFID tag with the product group HF (13.56 MHz) and order code BIS0117. It measures 22 x 9.7 x 40 mm and has a rod antenna. The tag supports DIN ISO 15693 data carriers and uses FRAM memory. User data provides 8192 Byte with read/write access; the read-only UID serial number has a length of 8 Byte. The housing is made of PPS, GF40, with EP potting. The ambient temperature range is -25...70 °C. Temporary storage is possible at -25...130 °C for 1x1000 h.
