HF RFID tags (13.56 MHz) – BIS012K
The BIS M-156-13/A HF RFID tag, order code BIS012K, belongs to the HF (13.56 MHz) product group. It measures 22 x 9.7 x 40 mm and has a rod antenna. The tag uses FRAM memory and supports DIN ISO 15693 (High Memory) data carriers. Its read-only UID serial number has a length of 8 Byte, while the User data memory provides 32768 Byte with read/write access.
The tag has a PPS, GF40 housing with EP potting. Installation is possible metal-free (clear zone) and on metal. The ambient temperature range for which the tag is designed is -25...70 °C. Temporary storage is possible at -25...130 °C for 1x1000 h. The product carries CE and UKCA approvals and conforms to WEEE requirements.
