The BIS U-109-M2/CAM UHF RFID tag, order code BIS0173, operates at a working frequency of 860…930 MHz. It has an EEPROM memory type with 0 Bit of User data with read/write access, 128 Bit of EPC memory with read/write access and 96 Bit of TID memory with read-only access. The tag uses a dipole antenna and is designed for installation on metal. Its dimensions are 48 x 12.6 x 51 mm.
