HF RFID tags (13.56 MHz) – BIS017F
The BIS M-157-17/A HF RFID tag, order code BIS017F, belongs to the HF product group with a frequency of 13.56 MHz. It has a rod antenna and dimensions of Ø 2.12 x 12 mm. The tag uses EEPROM memory and supports DIN ISO 15693 data carriers. Its read-only UID serial number has a length of 8 Byte, while User data provides 208 Byte with read/write access.
