HF RFID tags (13.56 MHz) – BIS01ET
The BIS M-120-04/L is an HF RFID tag for 13.56 MHz operation, with order code BIS01ET. It measures 54 x 0.76 x 85.6 mm and has a round antenna and a PVC housing. The tag supports DIN ISO 15693 data carriers and uses EEPROM memory. Its read-only UID serial number has a length of 16 Byte, while the User data provides 256 Byte with read/write access.
The ambient temperature range is -25...70 °C, and the storage temperature range is -25...50 °C. The tag has an IP67 rating and is intended for metal-free installation in a clear zone. CE and WEEE are specified as approvals/conformity.
