The BIS V-830-3-011-B-002, order code BIS01H2, is an RFID mobile device with handheld operation and Android™ 11. Its processor is an NXP i.MX8M mini with 4x Cortex A53 (4x 1,8 GHz) and 1x Cortex M4 (1x 400 MHz). The handheld has 2 GB RAM and 16 GB Flash storage. A 5" TFT colour display with LED backlight provides 1280 x 720 pixels and 400 cd/m²; it has capacitive touch operation and a surface hardness of 7H.
The lithium-ion battery uses 3.8 VDC battery pack voltage. WLAN and Bluetooth are provided as interfaces. A progress indicator and LED provide function indication. The housing has IP65 protection. Integrated functions include a 1D and 2D short-range barcode scanner with side scanner buttons, a 5 MP autofocus camera with lighting, and an HF-RFID NFC reader operating at 13.56 MHz. Approvals and conformity markings comprise CE, UKCA, cCSAus, FCC (Radio), IC (Radio), WEEE, CCC, SRRC and IFT.
