IO-Link hubs - flexible and cost-efficient signal bundling – BNI0008

The BNI IOL-710-000-K006 IO-Link hub, order code BNI0008, has an IO-Link 1.0 interface with COM2 transfer at 38.4 kBaud. Its COM 1 connection is an M12x1 male connector, 4-pin, A-coded. The hub provides eight M12x1 female connection slots, 5-pin, A-coded, eight PNP Type 2 digital inputs and four analogue voltage inputs with a 0…10 V range. The inputs and outputs are not configurable.

The sensor supply current sum is 4 A. The housing is made of transparent PA and has dimensions of 50 x 30.8 x 115 mm. The product is designed for an ambient temperature range of -5...55 °C. Its IP rating is IP67 when threaded in. The minimum process data cycle is 30 ms, and the total input process data is 10 bytes.
