The BNI IOL-800-000-Z036 visual signaling device, order code BNI007T, operates as an indicator light with an IO-Link 1.1 interface. Its operating voltage Ub is 18...30.2 VDC, and connection is provided through an M12x1-Male, 4-pin connector. The device has a maximum of 1 segment. Predefined colors are Yellow, White, Green, Blue, Red and Orange; additional colors are configurable. The function indicator supports Runlight Mode, Segment Mode and Flexi-Mode, with the setting defined by the function indicator.
The dimensions are 60 x 60 x 117 mm. The housing material is PC, Transparent, Cu 15 µm, Ni 15 µm Die-cast zinc. Mounting is through Screws M18. The ambient temperature range is -5...50 °C, and the IP rating is IP65. Data transfer uses COM2 (38.4 kBaud), with a minimum process data cycle of 5 ms and 1 byte of process data OUT.
