IO-Link hubs - flexible and cost-efficient signal bundling – BNI007Z
The BNI IOL-302-002-K006 IO-Link hub, order code BNI007Z, uses IO-Link 1.1 with a COM2 transfer rate of 38.4 kBaud. Its COM 1 connection is an M12x1 male connector, 4-pin and A-coded, while eight M12x1 female connection slots with 5-pin, A-coded connectors are provided. The hub has 16 PNP Type 3 digital inputs and 16 PNP digital outputs, with configurable inputs and outputs. An extension port is also available.
The operating voltage is 18...30.2 VDC. The total sensor current US is 4 A, and the total actuator current UA is 4 A. The switching current is 16x 350 mA. Process data comprises 2 bytes IN and 2 bytes OUT, with a minimum process data cycle of 3.5 ms. The PA, transparent housing measures 50 x 30.8 x 115 mm. Ambient temperature is -25...70 °C, and the protection rating is IP67 when threaded in.
