The BNI IOL-802-000-Z037 visual signaling device, order code BNI0083, combines an indicator light with a sound module. It uses an IO-Link 1.1 interface and operates at 18...30.2 VDC. The connection is an M12x1-Male, 4-pin connector. The unit has a maximum of five segments with predefined colours in yellow, white, green, blue, red and orange; additional colours are configurable. Available function indicator modes are Runlight Mode, Level Mode, Segment Mode and Flexi-Mode. The function indicator and volume can be set.
The sound module provides a volume of 95 dB at a distance of 1 m. The dimensions are 60 x 60 x 330.5 mm. Housing materials comprise transparent PC with Cu 15 µm and Ni 15 µm, and die-cast zinc. Mounting is performed using M18 screws. The ambient temperature range is -5...50 °C. The rating is IP30. Data transmission uses COM2 at 38.4 kBaud, with a minimum process data cycle of 5 ms and 3 bytes of process data OUT.
