The BNI IOL-800-000-Z037 is an indicator light with sound module and IO-Link 1.1 interface. It operates with 18...30.2 VDC and connects via an M12x1 male connector with 4 pins. The visual signaling device has a maximum of one segment. Predefined colors are yellow, white, green, blue, red and orange; additional colors are configurable. Function indication supports Runlight Mode, Segment Mode and Flexi-Mode. The volume is 95 dB at a distance of 1 m, with function indicator and volume available as settings.
The dimensions are 60 x 60 x 138.5 mm. Housing materials comprise transparent PC with Cu 15 µm and Ni 15 µm, as well as die-cast zinc. Mounting is provided by M18 screws. The ambient temperature range is -5...50 °C, and the IP rating is IP30. Data transfer uses COM2 at 38.4 kBaud, with a minimum process data cycle of 5 ms and 1 byte of process data OUT.
