IO-Link hubs - flexible and cost-efficient signal bundling – BNI00CH
The BNI IOL-104-S02-R012-008 IO-Link hub, order code BNI00CH, uses the IO-Link 1.1 interface and has a COM 1 connection with an M12x1 male connector, 4-pin, A-coded. It provides eight M12x1 female connection slots, each 5-pin and A-coded, and 16 PNP, Type 3 digital inputs. The inputs and outputs are not configurable. An extension port and single-channel monitoring are available, together with alternative process data mapping. The total current limit for all sensors linked to the sensor supply is 3.5 A.
The operating voltage is 18...30.2 VDC. The housing consists of PBT, GF30, and 1.4404 stainless steel inserts. Dimensions are 68 x 38.3 x 183.5 mm. The ambient temperature range is -5...70 °C, with IP67 when threaded in. The transfer rate is COM2 (38.4 kBaud), the minimum process data cycle is 4.5 ms, and process data IN is 4 bytes.
