The BNI IOL-803-103-R036 visual signaling device, order code BNI00E0, operates as an indicator light with an optical sensor and uses an IO-Link 1.1 interface. It has an operating voltage of 18...30.2 VDC and connects via an M12x1 male, 4-pin connector. The device supports up to six segments. Predefined colors are yellow, white, green, blue, red and orange; additional colors are configurable. The function indicator provides Runlight Mode, Level Mode, Segment Mode and Color circle mode, with the setting assigned to the function indicator. Daisy chain operation supports two devices per IO-Link port. The adjustable range is 100 mm.
The dimensions are 61.8 x 62.4 x 57.5 mm. The housing consists of transparent PC and PPS, and mounting is performed with M22 screws. The ambient temperature range is -5...55 °C, and the enclosure rating is IP67. Communication uses COM2 at 38.4 kBaud. The minimum process data cycle is 8.4 ms, with 2 bytes of process data IN and 8 bytes of process data OUT.
