IO-Link hubs - flexible and cost-efficient signal bundling – BNI00JA

The BNI LH3-303-S12-K091 IO-Link hub, order code BNI00JA, features an IO-Link 1.1 interface and operates at 18...30.2 VDC. Its COM 1 connection is an M12x1 male connector with 4 pins and A coding. Eight M12x1 female connection slots with 5 pins and A coding are available. The hub provides 16 digital PNP inputs, Type 3, and 8 digital PNP outputs. The inputs and outputs are configurable. An extension port and single-channel monitoring are provided.

The total current for the sensor supply US is 2 A, while the total current for the actuator supply UA is 2 A. Switching current is 8x 200 mA. The transparent PC housing measures 54 x 39.2 x 141.3 mm. The ambient temperature range is -20...60 °C, and the IP rating is IP67 when threaded in. Transfer rate is COM3 (230.4 kBaud), with a minimum process data cycle of 2 ms, 6 bytes of process data IN and 2 bytes of process data OUT.
